Policies at Emerald & Ivy Plant Boutique

SHIPMENTS

All orders are processed and shipped Tuesday – Saturday from 11am – 6pm (PST). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

Emerald & Ivy is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

RETURNS 

We do not accept returns of live plants. For all other returns and exchanges, excluding plants, please call 619.714.1378 or email info@emeraldandivyfloral.com.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. (You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges). We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Emerald & Ivy.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 1 week of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.
